By accessing and using the EverEdition platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
EverEdition provides an AI-assisted publishing platform for authors and an adaptive reading experience for readers. Our Service includes tools for book creation, writing assistance, publishing, and personalized reading experiences.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with EverEdition, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain all rights to any content you create or upload to EverEdition. By uploading content, you grant EverEdition a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
